We know that watching your son join a fraternity comes with questions, and we want to be the chapter that gives you real answers.Theta Rho operates with full transparency. Our members sign a membership contract at the start of each year that outlines financial obligations, academic expectations, conduct standards, and what happens when those standards are not met. We have a functioning Judicial Board, a scholarship program, and an executive council that meets weekly to keep the chapter running the right way. There are no surprises here.Our chapter has a zero tolerance policy on hazing. Full stop. Our new member process is documented, supervised, and clean, and we are happy to walk you through exactly what it looks like.Financially, we are upfront. Dues are clearly communicated before your son commits to anything, and we offer structured payment plans for families who need flexibility. Nothing is hidden.Beyond the structure, we genuinely care about the men in this chapter. Members look out for each other, upperclassmen mentor younger guys, and we have built a culture where asking for help is normal.
